Description

Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and step into a space where stillness blooms at the Cultivating Community Rooftop Farm. This immersive workshop invites you to slow down, quiet your thoughts, and focus on your felt connection with nature.

Through gentle activities, mindful observation, and sensory experiences, you’ll rediscover the grounding, healing presence of the natural world. Whether you're seeking calm, inspiration, or simply time to breathe, this workshop offers a nourishing retreat in the heart of the garden.

Come as you are — leave feeling rooted, restored, and reconnected.
