The Purpose

The purpose of this retreat is to create space to step away from the noise, spend meaningful time in nature, and give yourself the time and attention we so often put last.

The approach is holistic, bringing together the mind, body and soul through movement, breath, nature, reflection, sound and connection.

Who is this for?

This retreat is for women who are:

Craving time that belongs entirely to them, without responsibilities, expectations or having to be everything for everyone
Longing for deeper, more genuine connections
Wanting to slow down, step away from the everyday rush and reset with clarity
Wanting to meet women who are also growing, evolving and navigating their own seasons of life
Seeking a deeper sense of self through reflection, nature, movement and stillness
Looking for genuine conversations, positive energy, laughter and memorable experiences
Open to trying something new and seeing what becomes possible when they create space within
Looking for a space where they can be fully themselves, without judgement or having it all figured out

No previous experience with yoga, breath work or sound healing is needed. Come exactly as you are.

Whether you arrive alone or with a friend, you’ll have the opportunity to make new connections, share meaningful moments, laugh, explore and create memories along the way.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, rejuvenated, and with a renewed sense of clarity, calm and perspective.
