Travel Club and Culture Club - HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY UP! CLUB - DRESS TO IMPRESS
We are excited to invite our UP! Clubbers to join us in the CBD for the biggest night of the year, an elegant evening where everyone is encouraged to dress to impress.
This special Culture Club event promises a night of sophistication, fun, and dancing. So, put on your finest attire, grab your dancing shoes, and get ready for an unforgettable night out!
Culture Club
Location : The Belvedere Hotel, 482 Kent St, Sydney 2000 NSW

Time: 5pm – 9pm
Cost:
NDIS Service Cost $220 (Community Social and Recreational Activities line item 04_210_0125_6_1)
This includes DJ for the evening, support costs, canapes and drinks.
Out of Pocket Expenses – approximately $50 for any additional food, snacks if you wish.

5pm-9pm | Dance the night away and get some glamorous photos with your friends at “Dress to Impress”! |

Stay COVID-safe – if you become unwell, please stay home and do not attend this event
** Please note if we have NOT received your signed 2024 Service Agreement and Schedule of Supports version 2, you will not be able to attend services with Down Syndrome NSW.
You need to return these forms 48hrs before a scheduled activity then you will be able to attend this Up! Club activity.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We know plans change but we are so excited to see you! Bookings cancelled 7 days or less before the event date will be charged in full. We trust you understand this as we find it hard to fill your spot after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@dsansw.org.au
