Up! Up! and Away School Holiday Program Day out with Leapfrogs

For children aged 6 - 17 who have Down Syndrome, their siblings & parents/carers 
 
Down Syndrome NSW and Leap Frogs are partnering up to bring an unforgettable school holiday experience filled with fun, energy, and connection! 💙🐸

Dates:     Thursday 10 July, 2025

Venue:   Kingsford Scouts Hall, Opposite, 109 Sparks St, Eastlakes NSW 2018, Cnr Sparks Street and St Helena Parade.

Time:    10:00am-2:00pm 

Cost: Free

Overview:

A full day of inclusive, high-energy activities including:

• Warm-up games with music

• Balloon challenges & team-building fun

• Giant buckets & Jenga

• Racket games & coordination challenges

• Classic races like egg & spoon

• Obstacle courses

• Giant ball games & light sports drills

• Stretching and free play to wrap up

🧃 Breaks throughout the day, including a short rest at 11:00 AM and lunch at 12:20 PM.

🍱 Please bring:

• Packed lunch

• Water bottle

• Hat

• Sunscreen

• Comfortable clothing and sneakers
