Upcycled Denim Doll Making

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Do you have a pair of worn out jeans that you don't wear? Wish you could do something fun and crafty with them? How about turning them into fun dolls? Upcycling is the practice of taking worn out and discarded clothing and fabrics and turning them into new functional items. Bring in your jeans or denim jacket and your sewing machine and learn how to make your own dolls. In this class, your instructor will show you how to cut denim, how to plan out your design, use your sewing machine to create the doll, and stuff them. A great opportunity to learn how to use your sewing machine while also recycling your jeans.

Participants must bring their own sewing machine that is in working order, and a pair of jeans or a denim jacket.

Taught by Erika of Sassy Scraps.
