Upcycled T-shirt Skirts workshop @ Upcycle Newcastle

Our popular T-shirt Skirts workshop is on again!

Take a bunch of coordinated old T-shirts and turn them into a skirt using an overlocker. We show you how in this 2-part workshop (2 weeks apart), where you design and piece your skirt panels and then put it all together. Lots of different piecing options and combinations will be shown. 

All materials, pattern and equipment provided. We'll have plenty of T-shirts available, or you can bring your own, or use a combination. If you have an overlocker you can bring that to use, otherwise we have overlockers for use at our premises.

Sewing experience is preferred.

It is now a 6 hour workshop (over 2 sessions) to allow for piecing and embellishment.
  Part 1 - Tuesday 17th Nov, 4.30 till 7.30pm
  Part 2 - Tuesday 1st Dec, 4.30 till 7.30pm

This workshop is limited to 6 participants.
