Event description

This workshop covers a simple technique for transforming a blanket, into not just a vest, but a fabulous vest!

Suitable for those with basic sewing machine skills. Please bring your own blanket for this workshop, however we will have supplies for trim and lining. 

DETAILS:

  • Over two days and five hours, this workshop will run on Saturday 6th July 1pm-4pm and Saturday 13th July 1pm-3pm.
  • Cost: $85
  • This workshop is limited to 6 participants.
  • Best suited for those with some basic machine sewing experience.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our classes and workshops are created using circular economy principles. This means we love using many recycled and reclaimed fabrics, and haberdashery items for our sewing projects. We are deeply passionate about diverting textile waste from landfill and we do this through upcycling.
