Employers are looking for options to keep their business afloat with lockdowns and government-mandated restrictions having significant impacts on their business, particularly now that the JobKeeper payments and JobKeeper directions no longer apply.

Join Andrew Bland (Principal of BlandsLaw) & Judy Barker(Managing Director of Zenith HR) via Zoom as they discuss the options for employers to deal with the impacts of the coronavirus and government restrictions with a view to keeping the business viable and ready to ramp back up when the restrictions are lifted.

About Andrew

Andrew Bland is the Principal of BlandsLaw, a boutique employment law firm providing advice in employment and commercial law to the Australian business sector.

With over 20 years’ wide-ranging experience in workplace law, Andrew has earned a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance as a solicitor as well as a workplace and industrial relations advisor.

About Judy

Judy has built an impressive repertoire over the last 15 years in Industrial Relations, Human Resources and Leadership & Development. In her professional career, she has developed and maintained a driving passion for empowering individuals to be the best they can be.

After obtaining her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wollongong, she commenced her career with the Australian Industry Group as an Industrial Advisor. She went on to work for manufacturing companies before holding the National Human Resource and Development Manager position at a multinational company. In 2007 Judy started her own consulting company.

After selling her successful HR business in 2015, Judy packed up her family and relocated to the beautiful Illawarra Region, on Australia’s stunning South Coast.

Judy is accredited with Integro and the Wiley suite of products and is also a Certified Genos Practitioner using their Emotional Intelligence suite.

Judy has demonstrated that her vast knowledge and understanding of effective business management translates across innumerable industries and sectors. Working with a range of small and large business, she has developed solid, effective and ethical workplace practices that will keep your workforce engaged and eager to achieve your organisations strategic goals.
