You already know how to introduce the Basadur Profile and help people understand their innovation styles. This upgrade builds on that foundation, giving you the new learning and practice included in the Basadur Profile Consultant certification program.

You’ll explore the styles in greater depth and learn to use Profile results in developmental conversations about how people work, lead, and contribute to innovation. You’ll also examine how style preferences affect team dynamics, motivation, and psychological safety—and practice applying those insights in coaching, consulting, training, and facilitation.

The Profile upgrade program combines self-paced learning with live, experiential virtual sessions. After a brief refresher on Profile fundamentals, you’ll spend most of the course learning material that was not part of the Administrator certification. You’ll deepen your understanding of the styles, explore their implications for personal development, complex team dynamics, career progression, and leadership, and practice using these insights in coaching, consulting, training, and facilitation. Realistic situations, discussion, and feedback will help you put the new material to work.

By the end of the upgrade, you’ll be better prepared to:

·         Help individuals understand both the strengths and potential limits of their style preferences.

·         Guide more useful conversations about differences in how people approach challenges and change.

·         Help teams recognize how their mix of styles affects collaboration and innovative performance.

·         Apply the Profile in leadership development, coaching, consulting, training, and facilitation.

Who is this for? This course is exclusively for people who were previously certified as Basadur Profile Administrators. It provides a path to learn the new Consultant material and upgrade your credential to Basadur Profile Certified Consultant.
