UPJ Virtual Biennial: 2020 Vision
Event description
Join attendees from around the Union for Progressive Judaism region - and worldwide - for the UPJ's first virtual conference. 2020 Vision promises to have our highest biennial conference attendance ever, as the online experience has allowed us to overcome the obstacles of distance and expense.
The Virtual Biennial will be preceded by Kabbalat Shabbat hosted by the United Hebrew Congregation of Singapore (Friday 6 November at 6.00pm), Havdalah co-hosted by Temple Beth Israel (Melbourne) and NSTE on Saturday 7 November at 8.30pm, and Shacharit morning service on Sunday 8 November at 9.00am, hosted by Emanuel Synagogue.
The program on Sunday 8 November will begin at 10.00am (Sydney time) and will conclude at 6.00pm. It will be followed immediately by a concert by Chutney (Klezmer fusion band).
