Upper Cape Cod & Cranberries
Event description
Photograph Falmouth favorites like sunset at The Knob, sunrise behind Nobska Light, and Fall colors at Bourne Farm. If we’re lucky - we’ll see a cranberry harvest.
Fall does make its way to the Cape and provides ideal conditions for some iconic locations in the southeast portion, otherwise known as the Upper Cape. We will - if we’re lucky - start our workshop shooting a cranberry harvest! This is always tricky to predict and based on weather. We then head toward Bourne Farm to capture the fall foliage. Next stop is Quissett Harbor where we will catch the wonderful dories and skiffs used to get out to the Herreshoff sailboat fleet and then walk to The Knob for sunset. Our last stop will be for dinner at Shipwreck, the finish line of the Falmouth Road Race. After a night’s rest, the next morning we will start with a 6:30 am sunrise at Nobska Lighthouse before heading for the stilt house and snow fences of Surf Drive, and a visit to the town of Falmouth. Dinner included.
