Event description
Join members of Upper Wakefield Landcare on a self-drive tag-along tour and learn about some of the history and bio-diversity of the upper reaches of the Wakefield River between Mintaro and Auburn. The tour will conclude in Auburn with coffee and cake and a chance to examine the restoration efforts of UWL along the banks of the river.
This tour is restricted to small groups and requires a moderate amount of fitness. It is not suitable for wheelchairs or other mobility aids as it may cover some rough terrain. The tour will be conducted on dirt roads, however it is accessible with 2WD. No dogs are permitted on the tour.
