A Rising Feminine Framework Experience

At the heart of every Queen Be Rising program is our Rising Feminine Framework — a trauma-informed, nervous-system aware pathway that guides women from survival into thriving. The framework moves through five interwoven stages:

Grounding – creating safety and presence in body and mind.
Unravelling – releasing old stories, limits, and inherited beliefs.
Awakening – reconnecting to values, desires, and joy.
Expression – finding voice, creativity, and empowered choice.
Integration – sustaining confidence and belonging in everyday life.
