This UPSKILL has been developed specifically for Benefolk's purpose-led consultants and friends, working tirelessly in the social impact sector, but often feel overwhelmed by juggling services and stressing over revenue. Join us with the Benefolk vibrant community of purpose-driven business owners, all on a mission to amplify their impact without the burning out.
You will be supported by coach/trainer Jodie Willmer, Happy Changemakers (pictured above), who has worked with more than 350 individuals and businesses on business planning, service packaging sales and marketing, generating profits aligned with purpose and passion. Jodie's guidance has helped clients generate millions in new income streams and grants, free up countless hours of freedom and peaceful night's sleep.

Hear from one of our most popular UPSKILL presenters – Jodie Willmer co-founder of Happy Changemakers – who with her life partner and co-founder, Rob Nagy, have been part of Benefolk community (formerly The Xfactor Collective) as consultants and also partners since its inception. They have helped many Benefolk consultants and professional service providers reduce their burnout by building strong and viable consulting practices, that in turn have a great impact in our social sector. Jodie and Rob's experience as business mentors and advisors spans across working with over 500 small businesses, committees of management, communities and stakeholders within the greater Victorian region, being Bushfire Recovery and COVID-19 advisors. Jodie and Rob's strong experience in the not-for-profit, small business and corporate sectors to help changemakers not only thrive in business, but in life.
