A full-day workshop suitable for Pre-service, Secondary and Tertiary teachers to extend or build on your skills.
Streaming online for regional teachers - The keynote and one morning and one afternoon session will be streamed live.

Implementing Creative Arts into a school for the firt time - a case study.
10:50-11:10am - Morning Tea
11:10-12:30pm - Two concurrent workshops
Session 1 - Demystifying the choreographic process - The workshop aims to break down the choreographic creative process and offer valuable insights into current composition practices within the dance industry. Through micro embodied experiences, participants will gain the necessary tools to help their students better comprehend and reflect on their own choreographic development. Some movement will be involved, however participants can choose their own level of intensity.

Session 2 - SFX and Creative Makeup - A workshop that takes you into the world of Special FX and Prosthetic make-up. Presented by Media

the industry. Established since 1998, the company’s vision is to be the

1:10-2:30pm - Two concurrent workshops
Session 3 - Writing for Screen - Presenter Dr Matt Hawkins, playwright, screenwriter, lecturer Flinders University and Artistic Director of South Australian Playwrights Centre.
Session 4 - DSLR Photography essential technical skills and their application in a Skills Folio. (Bring along your own DSLR camera if you have one.) Presenter - Beth Sztekel
