Urban Retreat: Men’s Escape Within

In the pulse of the city, there is a doorway.

An opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, not to escape them, but to reconnect with yourself.

This Men's Urban Retreat offers a different kind of afternoon. A chance to slow down, gain perspective, and explore what lies beneath life's familiar routines, responsibilities, and expectations.

For three hours, we gather in a relaxed, welcoming environment with no pressure to perform, explain yourself, or be anything other than who you are.

No expectations. No judgment. Just an opportunity to experience something different.

Maximum 15 participants.

The Journey

We begin with Meditation and an Innerscape Immersion—an opportunity to quiet the mental noise and turn your attention inward.

As you rest, a live Bioresonance field operates quietly in the space, becoming part of the experience. Through guided imagery and focused awareness, you are invited to explore your inner landscape, observe your thoughts and discover what emerges when the usual distractions fall away.

There is nothing to prove. Nothing to explain.
Just the freedom to experience.

Following a short break with light refreshments, we move into a Systemic Constellation Experience, facilitated by Stuart Taylor @blakmagnetik

This fascinating group process explores the often-unrecognised patterns and dynamics that influence our relationships, decisions and experiences. Through representatives and guided exploration, we begin to see familiar situations from entirely different perspectives.

You don't need to share your personal story or have any previous experience. Simply bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.

We then move into DJ-curated Music and Expression — an invitation to experience rhythm, sound and movement in your own way.

No choreography. No expectations. Just music, freedom and the opportunity to reconnect with the simple pleasure of being fully present.

We close the afternoon with a moment of reflection, taking with us whatever insights, experiences or new perspectives have emerged.

Not another workshop telling you how to live. An afternoon that gives you space to discover something for yourself.

Why This Is Different

This is not a seminar.
Not therapy.
Not a social gathering dressed as healing.

It is a curated sequence of embodied experiences designed to open, immerse, reveal and integrate — without overwhelm.

A small group.
A contained field.
A rare combination of laughter, resonance, constellation and movement in one coherent arc.

This May Be For You If…

You feel the quiet call to pause.
You are curious about what lives beneath the noise.
You want depth — but not drama.
You prefer experience over explanation.

No prior experience is needed. Just willingness.

In the heart of the city, we gather.
We soften.
We listen inward.

And then we return — slightly changed.

FAQs

  • What’s Included?
    • Light snacks and refreshments available throughout the retreat

    • Journals provided for reflection and personal insights

    • Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows provided for comfort during meditation and relaxation

  • What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and relaxation. Bring a water bottle and, if you wish, a journal. Light snacks will be provided. You do not need to bring anything symbolic or special — your presence is enough.

  • Is this event therapeutic or emotionally intense?

The retreat is experiential, not therapy. While moments of insight or emotion can arise naturally, the structure is contained and paced to avoid overwhelm. There is no pressure to disclose personal stories. The emphasis is on embodied experience rather than analysis.

  • Is this retreat a substitute for therapy or medical treatment?

No. This event is an experiential group workshop and does not replace medical care, psychotherapy or psychiatric support. If you are currently in acute psychological distress, experiencing severe anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, or are under active psychiatric care, please contact the organiser before booking to ensure this space is appropriate for you.

  • Will I be required to share personal stories or participate publicly?

No. Participation is invitational, not compulsory. You will never be required to disclose personal history, trauma, or private information. You are free to step back, observe, or opt out of any exercise at any time. Your autonomy is respected throughout.

  • How is emotional safety maintained in group exercises like constellation and dance?

The retreat is structured, paced and professionally facilitated to avoid overwhelm. Clear instructions, grounding practices and containment boundaries are provided before each segment. This is not cathartic or confrontational work. It is guided, time-bound and intentionally closed at the end of the session to ensure participants leave feeling stable and integrated.

A Note on Participation

This Urban Retreat is a guided, experiential afternoon — not therapy or medical treatment. You are invited to move through the day at your own pace, listening to your body and your needs. There is no pressure to share personal details, and you are always free to pause, step outside, or simply observe.

We ask that everyone honours confidentiality and respects the boundaries of others, so the space remains steady and supportive for all.

Your presence, awareness and self-responsibility are part of what makes this Retreat work.
