    Yoga, Pilates, and BDSM have a lot in common – they all take discipline, there can be discomfort, but ultimately we get a deeper knowledge of our potential and limitations by engaging.

    We invite you to join us for a day of relaxation, reconnection, and revelation as we venture into a day of Yoga and Pilates designed specifically for kinksters.

    Our presenter – Mistress Mynx - is a fully qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher and professional Personal Trainer with deep links to the kink community as both a lifestyle player and professional Dominatrix. She has developed this program for kinksters of any level, at any stage of their journey into Yoga and Pilates with the intention of connecting you to your body, increasing your strength and endurance, and showing you the links between your physical fitness and kink lifestyle.  

    The day will run in two parts with a Yoga-focused Morning session from 10am – 1pm and an afternoon session from 2pm – 5pm with a focus on Pilates and strengthening the core. You can come along to either session or join us for the full day.

    Morning Session: 10am – 1pm

    Beginning with a tea ceremony, Mynx will gently coax you to the required mindset, introducing light breath work and mobilisation exercises, before explaining the core concepts for the session and discussing some of the many links between Yoga and BDSM, including certain poses to improve your BDSM play.

    You will have the opportunity to:

    • work through some prehab mobility movements with a focus on the wrists/hands and shoulders, and the hips, knees and feet
    • participate in seated Hatha yoga
    • learn poses most effective for kink play with a standing Vinyassa
    • practice mindfulness and staying present with a guided Shavanasa meditative visualisation

    Break: 1pm – 2pm

    Enjoy some snacks and take some time to connect with Mistress Mynx and your fellow participants. Let’s discuss and debrief from the morning while fueling our body for the afternoon ahead.

    Afternoon Session: 2pm – 5pm

    The day will resume with more of a focus on the core strength and stability that can be built with Pilates practice.

    The session will flow in a similar way to the morning session, and the Yoga practice will continue. The afternoon will also include:

    • Pilates for your core – learn how a dynamic awareness of the deep abdominals can play a role in improving your BDSM practice
    • experience Yin yoga – a session to enable you to work with your breath and resolve in order to hold a pose

    The day will conclude with a debrief discussion and close with a tea ceremony, so you return to real life truly refreshed and reinvigorated.

    Things To Note:

    • Numbers are strictly limited to 15 people per session
    • BYO mats and bolsters if you have them
    • Doors will open at 9.45am
    • Tea ceremony will begin upon arrival
    • Out of respect for the space, the facilitator, and participants, doors for the Morning Session will close at 10.20am and doors for the Afternoon Session will close at 2.20pm
    • NO late arrivals will be admitted entry
    • Light snacks will be provided, but we advise you bring anything you may particularly want or need
    • Included in your ticket price is a take-home pack of tools to utilise during the sessions, and help you with your future exercise regime
