Join us for this session with Dr. Travis Kemp as he invites us to explore fallacies in contemporary coaching.

About Dr. Travis Kemp

Dr Travis Kemp has a long association with the Coaching Psychology Unit. For 10 years he was Adjunct Senior Lecturer and in 2005, in collaboration with Drs. Anthony Grant and Michael Cavanagh, Travis co-edited the world’s first evidence based coaching psychology text, Evidence Based Coaching Volume 1: Theory, Practice & Research from the Behavioural Sciences. 
His work focuses on identifying, developing, and optimising performance and impact of individual leaders, their teams, and their enterprises, diagnosing and solving complex leadership and organisational performance challenges and refining, communicating, and executing enterprise strategy through effective leadership and evidence-based practice. As an executive coach and adviser, he works with Enterprise, C-Suite and Hi-Potential leaders to accelerate, transform and optimise their leadership practice and impact whilst sustaining their continuous growth, development, and performance.
Travis has published widely in the professional and research literature on leadership, executive performance, education, and executive coaching, is co-editor of the international scientific journal, the International Coaching Psychology Review, Editorial Panel Member of The Philosophy of Coaching: An International Journal and Consulting Editor of the International Journal of Coaching Psychology.
