Using AI at Uni: Supporting learning responsibly is a practical Online Library Workshop that explores how generative AI tools can support your learning without replacing your own thinking.

In this workshop, we will:

• explore responsible ways to use AI to understand concepts, practise and organise your learning

• demonstrate how to write effective prompts and check AI-generated information

• discuss privacy, copyright and the risks and limitations of AI tools

• show how AI-assisted Library tools can help you discover and explore scholarly sources

• provide guidance on checking subject requirements and acknowledging AI use when required.
