Join Collaborative Capacity Co to learn how to move from map to insight. Learn to interpret network data and maps to guide real-time decisions, assess power dynamics, and drive strategic alignment.

Learning Objectives:

• Interpret network metrics and visuals.

• Identify influencers, gaps, and opportunities in networks.

• Translate network insights into strategic decisions and interventions.

• Describe real-world examples of using network data to foster effective collaboration.

Duration: 4 hours (2 sessions, 2 hours each)

Format: Virtual, synchronous, and interactive with a combination of discussions, activities, lectures, and work time.

Please note that this training includes two separate 2-hour sessions:

Session 2: Thursday (2 hours)

There is no session on Wednesday, even if the calendar hold makes it look like a three-day event. Please rely on the session times listed on the event page and in your confirmation email.
