USU Eat Up! Packing Day 2025

🥪EAT UP: FOOD PACKING DAY FOR HUNGRY KIDS AT SCHOOL! 

Make and pack sandwiches for disadvantaged children experiencing food insecurity. 

When: 9th April 2:30pm
Where: The Bevery, Holme Building, University of Sydney

1 in 5 Australian children experience food insecurity. "In a country like ours, that's not really fair, is it?" (Eat Up Australia)

The USU is bringing in Eat Up Australia for a free volunteer sandwich making and packing session to provide food that will go to disadvantaged schools around Australia. 

Eat Up Australia's mission is to feed hungry kids. They will provide all materials to make the sandwiches and be giving an overview of food insecurity in Australia. 

Stay for 5 minutes or 1 hour!
