UTS & DataDriven Lunch & Learn - Digital Transformation
Event description
Digital Transformation (DX) - What is it and why should I care?
Digital transformation (DX) is the process of adapting existing business practices to new digital methods, increasing efficiency and helping businesses keep up with market demands. DX is rapidly changing the world and the most successful leaders are those embracing new digital technologies to build offerings based on innovative business models. It is essential that leaders are aware of emerging DX concepts and their implications, so they can effectively manage this rapidly evolving environment and maximise opportunities to be innovative within their organisation.
Join us for an engaging online presentation by Craig Baty, Principal of DataDriven, as he briefly addresses the following key topics:
- What is digital transformation and why is it important for today’s leader?
- What are the key technologies/processes to be aware of?
- How have these technologies been used to create truly transformative business outcomes?
- What initial steps to take to prepare yourself for an increasingly digitalised future?
UTS' experience and lifelong learning initiatives in preparing professionals and organisations to thrive through digital transformation will also be addressed by Steve Crooks of the Professional Education Unit, and both speakers will take questions from attendees.
