Event Registration & Collection
Before heading to your starting venue, swing by the official registration point to collect your wristband, tasting glass, and vouchers.

To avoid confusion, the Urban Wine Walk officially runs from 12–4pm.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable (we’re all in for good times rain, hail, or shine!). The only exception is if the event is cancelled or postponed — in which case, we’ve got you covered and will provide a full refund.
Getting Around
The best part? The Urban Wine Walk is totally self-guided! After checking in at your starting venue, the day is yours. Explore at your own pace, discover new venues, and sip your way through the trail however you like.

- How does the Urban Wine Walk work?
The Urban Wine Walk is a self guided wine tasting tour through some of the city’s best bars and venues. Once you’ve collected your event materials, head to your chosen starting venue and let the experience unfold. Explore the trail at your own pace while enjoying wine tastings, meeting the makers behind the wines, and soaking up the atmosphere at every stop.
- What’s included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to the full wine trail including wine tastings, a tasting glass, and an event map to guide your journey. You’ll also receive a $10 food voucher to use at your chosen starting venue, plus the chance to meet and chat with winemakers throughout the day.
- Do I need to follow a set schedule?
Not at all. The Urban Wine Walk is designed to be flexible and social. Once you’ve started at your chosen venue, you can move through the trail however you like. Stay longer at your favourite spots, skip ahead, or explore with your group at your own pace.
- Can I attend with a group of friends?
Absolutely. The event is best enjoyed with friends, family, or colleagues. We recommend booking together so everyone can start in the same group and enjoy the day side by side.
- What should I bring on the day?
Bring your ticket, a valid photo ID, comfortable walking shoes, and a good attitude. We also recommend planning your transport in advance and staying hydrated throughout the event.
- Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
Refunds are not allowed for the Urban Wine Walk. If you’re unable to attend, we suggest trying to resell your ticket via the Manage Order button in your order confirmation email. From there, you can either resell your tickets publicly or share a private resale link with friends.
