UX & design researchers: capturing informed consent
Event description
It is our responsibility as UX and design researchers to clearly communicate with participants, so they're informed and comfortable with giving their consent in a research session. Informed consent is important not only to protect participants but also researchers too.
The Privacy Act 2020 will come into force at the end of this year. Hear about how Springload use the 'New Zealand Data Protection and Use Policy' guidelines to design information sheets and consent forms.
