Description

The NSW Ministry of Health is undertaking a review of the NSW Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2022 (the Act) on behalf of the Minister for Health. Under the Act, the Minister must review the operation and effectiveness of the Act, with this first review marking two years since the commencement of VAD in NSW.

Palliative Care NSW has been invited to submit feedback to the Ministry of Health as part of this review. To inform that submission, your input is important.

Two online sessions will be held for members of PCNSW to provide their feedback:

Thursday 22nd January (10am – 10:45am)
Tuesday 3rd February (10am – 10:45am)
