The vagus nerve is a key part of the nervous system. It plays an important role in regulating emotions and can be stimulated to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. In this practical workshop you will learn some techniques such as breathing, humming and stretching so that you can support your nervous system. Due to popular demand, we are offering a second session of this workshop.
