Valentine Heart Beaded Crafts

This workshop is a fun and relaxed way to learn a new skill, while exploring your creativity and developing problem solving strategies. At the beginning of the session, I will demonstrate basic wire skills and discuss the limits of both beads and wire...then it's over to you!  Get those creative juices flowing.

There is no “right or wrong” way to create your Heart. You may wish to make a simple design embellished with stunning beads, an intricate network of beaded wires, or a combination of styles during the workshop. Your imagination is the limit!

This class uses thick, but easily shapable aluminium wire suitable for most abilities and ages.  A range of glass and acrylic beads, and the use of tools and beading mats/boards are included in the cost.

Once you’ve learnt the basics of making your very own creative critter at the workshop, you can use those skills to create gifts for friends and family. Your critter can be used as a suncatcher, ornament, plant decoration or even a scarf pin.   

The possibilities are endless when it comes to wire wrapping. Whether you’re drawn to the delicate beauty of tiny seed-beads, the boldness of large colourful beads, or the charm of your own custom heart design, this workshop encourages you to express your creativity.
