Imagine a personalised, intimate 12-minute wedding ceremony, perfect for sharing with your two witnesses or an intimate gathering of fewer than 25 cherished guests. Package includes

    • Planning: initial face to face meeting or zoom call and if needed, a later planning meeting. This is your opportunity to tell me about your plans and for me to get to know you more as a couple and we do do the legal paperwork. Either 2x30 minute meet ups or 1x60 minute meet up.
    • All the legal paper work completed including the $60 lodgement of the Marriage Certificate with the Registry of Births, Deaths, and Marriages within 48 hours after your wedding.
    • A standard ceremony script written for you, with some small personal touches. 
    • Unlimited communications.
    • Option to pay via Bank Transfer.
    • Deliver your ceremony at an agreed location in the Illawarra, suitably dressed and professionally delivered.
    • Travel in the Illawarra region, with me arriving plenty of time before your ceremony.
    • Signing table, chairs and cloth, and if required, umbrellas (beach and rain versions). I'll waiver the fee to hire.
    • 7% discount on my standard Micro/Elopement Wedding fee to include the Humanitix ticket fee (donated to a Children's Charity). 
    • Complimentary beeswax dinner candles for your romantic date nights at home.

Read Sam's client reviews here. Sam has you covered with a one off exclusive Valentine's Day photography package that keeps it easy, fun and afforable. The package includes a 30-45 min photo coverage, slideshow, online gallery, 5 high resolution favourite photos, $100 complementary print credit to use in your personalised online store and the option to purchase more photos. On the day Sam arrives with Gabi, takes photos throughout the ceremony, then a short and sweet portrait session to get your first portraits as a married couple and photos with loved ones your have chosen to share on the day.

    In the picturesque Illawarra region, we are spoiled for choice when it comes to enchanting wedding locations. This is the day to not only commemorate your love but also the beautiful backdrop of our region. Let's seize the opportunity to create cherished memories at our stunning beaches, captivating escarpments and parks, lush gardens, cozy cafes, and exquisite restaurants. I've thoughtfully spaced out my schedule to ensure I arrive promptly to celebrate your special day. 

    Suggested locations:

    • Garden, cafe, restaurant. Yes, I can do table side ceremonies before or after entrees!
    • @HideawayLane in Wollongong - micro event specialists - private hidden garden space makes for a perfect wedding + reception. Toni and Braydon highly experienced 
    • Dog-friendly beach for a bohemian beach picnic in your bikini and boardies. Take a your first married dip.
    • Surprise your friends at your local watering hole.

    To secure your desired date and time, I recommend booking as early as possible. Please note, that in order to accommodate the high demand for Valentine's Day weddings, couples must book and complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) before 5pm, 10th of January. December is an ideal time to take this important step**, so why not pop the question this summer and embark on this beautiful journey together?

    The Process

    1. Book a 30 minute face to face, phone or zoom call. We discuss your plans, location, I outline the process and legal procedures, what's involved, we get to check each other out and see if we are a good fit. Head to my website and socials. Be sure to read my Valentine's Day Service Agreement and Refund Policy on my website. 

    2.If you are happy to go ahead, we book a day and time to meet up, I send you the Pre-Booking form and you pay either non refundable booking fee or the full amount. Payment made using Bank Transfer or Humanitix.

    3. We do another 30 minute meet up in person to complete the legal paper work and outline of the ceremony. Steps 1 and 3 can be combined into 1 hour is preferred.

    TIP: book that table reservation ASAP, 14th Feb will book out quickly. Book in January.

    4. I write your script, share it with you one week before your day to check you are happy. No surprises from me on your day.

    5. I marry you at the agreed location, and afterwards you head off to celebrate in your style. Within a week the Official Marriage Certificate will arrive. Each year you celebrate your wedding anniversay on the 14th February.

    6. If you have booked Sam to be your photographer, we both arrive at the same time, with Sam taking your photos throughout your ceremony.

    Tickets for good, not greed Humanitix donates 100% of profits from booking fees to charity

    Refund policy

    1. Non-refundable booking fee. A non-refundable booking fee of $300 must be paid on lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage to secure my services for the date and time. Couples making this payment have contacted me, Gabrielle from BeeTogether, we have arranged a planning meeting. 2. Cooling off period. Couples paying the full amount have a two(2) day cooling period. Cancelled requests must be emailed to hello@beetogether.com.au and an 85% amount is refunded via Humanitix. 3. Unforeseen circumstances. If the couple are unable to be married on the booked day and time, and have made a full payment, a new date is set within 4 weeks and the wedding conducted within 12 months. The Celebrant retains the NOIM. 4. In the event of unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances: Should the couple be unable to attend the wedding due to illness or the unfortunate passing of a close family member or friend, a refund will be issued, with the exception of a retained $300 booking fee. The couple is required to provide the Celebrant with genuine evidence of the circumstances. On compassionate grounds, the re-booking fee of $250 will be waived. 5. Payment is made through Humanitix. Humanitix has tax deductible charity status. Retain your booking fee receipt for tax purposes.
