Redefining Value for Shapeshifters

A 3-part online workshop series to help you own, shape, and exchange value on your terms.

Are you a shapeshifter? That is someone who moves between roles, projects and identities?
You know your work can’t be reduced to a job title or an hourly rate. It’s about contribution, creation and exchange. However, if you can’t name and negotiate your value, you risk giving more than you get.

This interactive workshop series is designed for shapeshifters like you. Across three 90-minute online sessions, you’ll learn how to define your unique contributions (ska value proposition), expand what you can claim and create, and bring it all together with a practical tool the Value Exchange Ledger.

The Journey

This series is designed as a step-by-step progression.
Each session builds on the one before. So you can simply start with Session 1, then decide whether to continue deeper into Sessions 2 and 3. Or you can make an upfront commitment and purchase a single ticket to all sessions.

  Bring it all together by creating your personal Value Exchange Ledger — a shapeshifter’s tool for mapping, negotiating, and sustaining value across roles.

Facilitator

This learning journey is facilitated by Helen Palmer. Helen is the creator of the Value Exchange Cards product, the Value Exchange Ledger method and one of the founding team members of the Shapeshifters Group. Helen believes that people have a lot of potential and knowledge that is locked up and unavailable to have a positive impact. She’s motivated to do something about that. She helps people learn so something different is possible - directly and working with others who play in organisational change. Helen has a proverbial Swiss Army knife of talents, knowledge and experience to draw upon. And she facilitates learning experiences with energy, kindness and a dash of whimsy!
