    • Vision for the Value Streams: The session will begin with a vision statement outlining how the Learning and Teaching (L&T) and Student Experience (SE) Value Streams align with the broader strategy of the ANU.
    • Overview of the Value Streams: We'll dive into how the Value Streams are designed to support specific business functions, with our people at the centre.
    • Demos of completed work: We’ll showcase key achievements such as the Student Support Case Management system, the Plan, Track, Check initiative, as well as demonstrations of InPlace and Canvas.
    • Horizon 3 Planning: We'll discuss the roadmap for upcoming initiatives, providing insights into what’s next for our learning ecosystem and student experience.

    What is a Value Stream?

You also may be wondering what a Value Stream is. A value stream is a new way of working focused on delivering continuous value through aligned processes and resources. The Value Stream is made up of a group of cross-functional teams focused on supporting business functions at ANU. Each Value Stream is designed to align directly with strategic objectives and centres on our ANU community needs.

    Who should attend?

This showcase is for staff involved in the Value Streams, as well as those interested in learning about the advancements in ANU learning ecosystem and student experience.

What do I need to do?

Join the Value Stream Showcase event on 28 August from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM to listen and learn.

As we won’t have time for questions during the showcase, there will be a channel set up for your feedback and questions. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to contribute to and learn from the progress we're making together!
