    Welcome to our Vanilla and Berry Millefeuille baking class with Ma Petite Patisserie.

    Join our fine plant-based cooking school in Manuka for a 3 hour hands-on class learning to make this delicious traditional Millefeuille.

    In this class you will learn how to make:
    -a deliciously flaky puff pastry (from scratch)
    -your own vegan butter
    -a vanilla diplomate cream (with pastry cream and whipped cream)
    -a berry coulis

    You will also learn all the techniques and correct gestures to roll your dough and pipe your cream. Lots of learning in this class.

    You will go home with your 4 serve Millefeuille.

    Our millefeuille is fully plant-based meaning there is no dairy or any other animal product but no compromise on the taste. Join to find out how delicious it is!
