VCC Annual General Meeting 2025

Notice is hereby given of the Valley Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting.

The Valley Chamber of Commerce invites nominations for Board Director positions to be elected at the upcoming AGM.

We request that each nominee put together a 100 word statement, a small jpg image and contact number/email address. The statement will include a little about yourself, as well as why you would like to be on the VCC board. This will be circulated to VCC members on Tuesday 9th September 2025.  

VCC Director Nomination Forms along with your statement and photo are to be returned to the VCC Office & Event Manager by Tuesday 2nd September 2025.

If you are unable to attend, nominate a financial member or the Chair to be your Proxy.  Proxy forms can be returned to VCC Office & Event Manager by 12pm Monday 15th September.

Please Note: Only financial members are eligible to nominate for positions and vote at the AGM. One vote per member organisation. 
All memberships must be renewed and paid in full by Monday 15th September 2025 to be confirmed as eligible to vote. If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact the VCC Office & Event Manager.

Attendance is free.  Registration is necessary for entry.
Tea/Coffee available.
