2022 VCOSS Treasurer's Breakfast
Grand Hyatt
,
Victorian Council of Social Service
Event description
You're invited to the flagship annual event of Victoria’s social and community sector.
Fresh from delivering his eighth Victorian budget the day before, Treasurer Tim Pallas will provide a detailed briefing on the budget's social policy initiatives.
With the state's COVID recovery underway and an election in November, the 2022 budget is shaping up as one of the most important in decades.
Hosted by Seven News Victorian Political Reporter, Sharnelle Vella, this event is an opportunity to ask your questions of the Treasurer.Â
We are offering 'in person' and 'online' tickets.
This event is free for VCOSS members and supporters.

___________________Frequently Asked QuestionsÂ
Is this a physical or virtual event?
What do 'online' and 'in person' tickets mean?
'Online'Â ticketholders plan to attend the event virtually, via the livestream.
'In person'Â ticketholders will attend the Grand Hyatt.
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend 'in person'?
Yes. We will be asking you to 'check in' and show VCOSS staff your vaccination status on arrival.
Are there any restrictions on 'in person' tickets?
Yes. A maximum of two representatives of each VCOSS member organisation will be allowed in the Grand Hyatt event space.
That means you can only register for two 'in person' tickets per VCOSS member organisation.
(There is no limit to the number of people who can attend virtually, via our livestream.)
What should I do if there aren't any 'in person' tickets left?
If the 'in person' tickets sell out, please register for an 'online' ticket instead.
We will let you know if any additional 'in person' tickets become available.
Can I ask questions if I attend remotely?
Absolutely. Those attending remotely will be able to submit questions via Slido. We will send you details closer to the event.
