There are lots of reasons why you might choose not to have meats, eggs and dairy. Yes, you might be vegan, but you might also be reducing food miles, be on a budget, or have sensitivities and allergies.
The ingredients for vegan eggs and bacon are quite simple, and the process is easy to follow along to. Once you've learnt how to, its a recipe you can make again and again - you'll always be ready to whip up a tasty, healthy brunch when friends drop in!

What will we cover?
We will learn how to make poached 'eggs' and rice paper bacon (which can also be made with very thin slices of firm tofu).

Who will be teaching?
Elodie (she/her) has spent the last 12 years working with animals. She is an Emergency Response Operator at Wildlife Victoria and also works for Remember The Wild, an organisation aiming at reconnecting people with nature.
She is passionate about sustainable living and is always trying to find new ways to cook delicious vegan meals from scratch.
