Join us for a hands-on gardening workshop that connects women with the earth, their food, and their inner strength — no green thumbs required! 💚

 

What you’ll learn & do:

·         Start your own small veggie garden — even in a pot!

·         Learn what to grow, how to plant, and when to harvest

·         Discover how gardening boosts mood & reduces stress

·         Take home your own starter plant or mini garden kit
