Travel instructions

Tassielink bus services operate to and from Evandale, albeit infrequently. The timetable works best for travelling to the festival on the Sunday, with a bus departing Launceston at 9:30am and one departing Evandale at 4:12pm. Cycling to and around the festival is encouraged.

Entry instructions

All attendees must first report to Festival HQ at 9 High St, Evandale. This is where you will collect your wristband and program (with map, performer bios etc).

Hazards

Evandale is reasonably flat, but surfaces vary and include gravel, grass and paving and not all venues are universally accessible. The distance from Festival HQ to the furthest verandah is around 800m.

Toilet location

Toilets (including disabled access) are located in three places within central Evandale. These are shown on the map in the festival program (collect from Festival HQ).

Accessible parking

Disabled parking is provided at Festival HQ, 9 High St, Evandale.
