Over the years, I have enjoyed managing and growing Real Estate businesses at First National, RE/MAX, Ray White, and Lethbridge Real Estate.

As the Principal of First National SUCCESS Real Estate, I am responsible for the growth of the business and the salespeople within the business.

I have also enjoyed coaching and training salespeople for over 20 years and in 2019 started delivering Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) training for the Real Estate Authority.

I found from years of attending many different training events, the training that 'stuck' was generally enjoyable, used spaced repitition and in some ways, was 'gameified'.

We know that the training isn't something that all salespeople look forward to doing, but it's something they HAVE to do. We do our best to make it something they WANT to do.
