Hosted in the intimate Firma Private Dining Room, this exclusive event will showcase Vérité wines spanning 16 years, including the highly anticipated 2021 vintage, which has yet to be released in Australia.

Indulge in a four-course menu curated by our expert chefs, featuring highlights such as Glacier 51 Toothfish from Patagonia with truffle emulsion, award-winning W Black 9+ Wagyu tenderloin, crowned the 2024 Grand Champion at the Royal Queensland Branded Beef Awards, Caviar and Foie Gras and more. Each dish has been thoughtfully paired with Vérité’s prestigious collections: Le Désir, La Muse, and Le Joie, offering you the chance to savour rare vintages, including several perfect 100-point wines. Over $10,000 worth of Verité wines will be tasted throughout the evening, spanning exceptional vintages from 2005 to 2021, making this a truly rare opportunity for fine wine enthusiasts.

Your host for the evening, Andres Aragon MS, will guide you through this culinary and oenological journey, sharing his expertise and providing exclusive insights into the wines of Vérité. Andres Aragon is one of only nine Master Sommeliers within the Oceania region. Guests will also have the rare opportunity to access personal allocations of the 2021 Vérité vintage, as well as the chance to secure perfection packs featuring exclusively 100-point wines.

Andrés Aragón MS
Jackson Family Wines Sales Manager

A passionate and knowledgeable hospitality professional with more than 17 years experience in the industry. A young but highly skilled individual that enjoys every single aspect of the food, service and wine business. After more than a decade in hospitality management and beverage roles, Andres is now employed by Jackson Family Wines as sales manager & brand ambassador.

He holds the prestigious Master Sommelier certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers and has completed the Diploma in Wine and Spirits with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, achieving the highest blind tasting score in 2022. In 2019 Andres was awarded Best Young Sommelier of Australia by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and achieved a bronze medal in the International competition held in Seoul, South Korea. In constant pursue of wine knowledge and experience, his ultimate goal is to positively contribute to the Australian wine industry and mentor the younger generations of wine enthusiasts.
