We are excited to be bringing you this NEW iteration of veski kickstart for early career researchers who are seeking professional development opportunities to upskill and move forward in their careers.
This pilot Project Management 101 workshop, with facilitator Julia Steel, is designed to provide participants with a basic understanding of projects and project management that they may apply to their world. Based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK 6th Edition), the workshop provides a high level overview of key steps involved in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing a project.
The virtually delivered workshop will include:
- break out group-working sessions,
- a facilitated discussion with a veski fellow and
- your questions answered live.
There are limited spaces available. Depending on the success of this pilot we are hopeful of providing future and similar sessions in the new financial year.
