Vexations of Vetting - How to Pick a Top

Many of us get that over anxious feeling when trying to talk to someone, but how can we work through it? Without safe practice sessions and spaces, personally I have found it difficult. No pressure, no personal vetting for any group is taking place. If you have gone to any type of vetting event in the past, how did it make you feel welcome or not, is what we will be discussing.
