As volunteer directors, managers, or coordinators, we take risks.  There may be opportunities to succeed as well as opportunities to fail.  Everyone can learn from success, right?  But, just imagine embracing the opportunities to learn from failure, too?  Join us to review 10 questions to identify ways we can benefit from bother success AND failure.  We will exchange ideas and share experiences about turning your thinking upside down and see the benefits of taking chances.
