    Event description

Join Vets for Climate Action to hear from Climate and Health Alliance (CAHA) member Remy Shergill explain how to talk about Climate and Health.

When it comes to climate change, health professionals (including vets) are highly trusted sources of information. But often, they don't feel sufficiently informed to do so. That's why we're giving you the skills to spotlight climate change with your friends, family and followers with confidence. Together, we'll cover the science of effective climate-health communication, and how to roll this out in your personal conversations, at work, on social media and in the media.

    About the presenter:

Remy has worked in and around the climate movement for seven years, and has developed a passion for climate-health communication at the Climate and Health Alliance. Most recently, she has worked with the World Health Organisation to develop a global toolkit for health professionals to talk about climate change. Remy holds a Master of Environment and Sustainability, and has extensive experience in communications, media and campaigning.
