VFMC April2021 Concert
Event description
Our April concert will feature Nova Scotian singer songwriter Dan McKinnon.
Blessed with a glorious baritone voice, a graceful mastery on guitar, and a hearty laugh that delights any room, Dan has carved out his own unique, musical path. From early beginnings in the coffee houses, pubs and bars of Atlantic Canada, to yearly tours throughout the UK, Dan’s performances reveal an enduring respect for the past, tempered by a profound attachment to the present. His keenly observed stories and passionately delivered songs convey a deep inquisitiveness into the human condition combined with the rich heritage of the Maritimes.
This month, we will also have a support act by well known local singer and song writer and VFMC member, Bruce Watson.
The format of the night will be:
- 7.30pm to 8.15pm: Support Act and Spot acts
- 8.15pm to 8.30pm: Break for on-line chat and drink
- 8.30pm to 9.30pm: Main Act - Dan McKinnon.
