Welcome to Vibe the Light Disco!

A night where young people, families and carers/parents can leave the pressure at the door and step into a world of music, colour, fun and connection.

Vibe the Light is an inclusive, family-friendly event created for young people and the people who support them, especially families navigating school can’t, social isolation, anxiety, neurodiversity or simply feeling like they don’t quite fit the usual box.

💜 Come exactly as you are.

Dance together, laugh, play, meet new people, explore the activities, or find a quieter space to relax. Parents and carers can connect with other families, siblings can join in the fun, and young people can participate in whatever way feels comfortable.

There’s no pressure to dance, socialise or perform. You can jump right into the action or simply come along, watch, listen and soak up the atmosphere.

And the disco is just the beginning!

Vibe the Light is about building a community around young people and their families, with ongoing creative workshops, youth-led activities, parent and carer connection, community conversations and future events.

We want young people to have a voice, discover their strengths and build confidence, while giving parents and carers opportunities to connect, share experiences and feel supported by people who understand the journey.
