Welcome to Vibe the Light Disco!

A night where young people and their carers/parents can leave the pressure at the door and step into a world of music, colour, fun and connection.

Vibe the Light is an inclusive youth and carer/parents/ disco created especially for young people who may struggle with school, social connection, anxiety, isolation or simply feeling like they don’t quite fit the box.

Dance, laugh, meet new people, explore the activities or take some time out in our chill-out space. There’s no pressure to perform, socialise or be anything other than yourself.

Carers/parent are part of Vibe the Light too. Meet other families who understand the journey, make connections and enjoy the night alongside your young person.

The disco is just the beginning!

Vibe the Light is building an ongoing community through creative workshops, youth-led activities, carer connection and future events, giving young people opportunities to discover their strengths, build confidence and find their tribe.
