How to Write a Brew-tiful Beer List [VIC]

Ever heard of the beer-wine paradox? That the fancier you like your wine, the more flavourless you like your beer - it’s a thing, right? Is your beer list looking a bit pedestrian - a couple of lagers, couple of pale ales etc? So what do you tell customers who want beer to taste more than that?

Sommelier, winemaker and boring beer drinker Liam O’Brien (Athletes of Wine) from Sommeliers Australia has gathered a panel of talented brewers to help all you wine people learn how to beer good.

How is tasting and describing beer different to wine? How do you write a beer list? Beyond curry and/or yum cha, what do you know about beer and food matching?  Our panelists, Jayne Lewis (Full Colour Life, ex-Two Birds) and Nic Sandery (Molly Rose Brewing) will talk you through all these questions that's been brewing in your mind.
