The VIC Committee invites you to spend the evening with a panel discussing Infrastructure Contract Management - turning challenges into benefits. 

Each panel member brings unique insights and thought leadership into navigating the contract management challenges. Together they will discuss the unique challenges and benefits of different approaches to contract management and their experiences in the context of infrastructure projects.  

We will conclude with a Q&A, so make sure to take advantage of the panels expertise and join us to connect with your community afterwards in a networking break.
