Andy Bee - Head of Procurement, Australian Unity

Andy’s experience as a strategic change partner helped lead the change effort to successfully implement an enterprise-wide e-procurement solution across Australian Unity.

This delivered a scalable procurement solution to enable the Group to have real time insights on spend management moving from a paper-based purchase order process to now having over half a million POs and invoices processed annually. In excess of $480M of spend was processed centrally using a market leading procurement technology last year alone. 

Over the last 10 years Andy has established strong relationships across Australian Unity focused on initiatives where procurement creates value and has embedded procure-to-pay processes with the introduction of 3 strategic pillars focused on Governance, Efficiencies and Insights. In his current role as Head of Procurement, Andy is responsible for partnering with the business as the product owner of Coupa to deliver tangible value across the Group.

Theo Pappas - CEO, Vative

Theo is a seasoned business professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in consulting and training.
