If you have booked Student Delegate tickets, you will receive an email shortly with the Student Delegate Pack, which you need to share with students and their parents/guardians. This pack contains essential event information, the Student Delegate Permission Form, and a link to the Student Delegate Confirmation Form. Student tickets are only confirmed once VicSRC receives both forms for each student. We appreciate your support in ensuring that students and their parents/guardians complete these forms!

If you chose to pay by invoice, an invoice from VicSRC will be sent to you via email within 7 days of booking. Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date, or the reserved tickets will be forfeited.

If you have booked teacher tickers, but did not provide teachers' information during checkout, you'll need to update the order once you've confirmed those details. You can do this by clicked 'Edit Order' in your confirmation email. Or return to Humanitix via your account, find your booking, and look for 'Edit Oder' there. We will need final details by 21st August.
