- Queen + Single Room (3 Guests) - $455.00 per person (+ booking fee) *must have 3 guests
- Queen + Single Room (2 Guests) - $605.00 per person (+ booking fee) *must have 2 guests
- Two Queen Room (4 Guests) - $455.00 per person (+ booking fee) *must have 4 guests
- Two Queen Room (3 Guests) - $555.00 per person (+ booking fee) *must have 4 guests
- Two Queen Room (2 Guests) - $755.00 per person (+ booking fee) *must have 4 guests
- Queen + 3 Single Room (5 Guests) - $455.00 per person (+ booking fee) *must have 5 guests
- Queen + 3 Single Room (4 Guests) - $530.00 per person (+ booking fee) *must have 4 guests
*Room numbers assume 2 people in a queen bed.
Important Info:
- Encounter Youth isn’t responsible for the motel’s provisions.
- A bond is required from the team leader before arrival (paid directly to Victor Harbor City Inn), which will be refunded unless the room isn't up to standard.

Payment Plan for Schoolies Festival™ 2025 Accommodation & Ticket Packages
You can pay in 2 or 3 instalments – your choice!
Option 1: 2 Instalments
- Application Fee: $49 (+ booking fee) when you apply (refunded if unsuccessful).
- Full Payment: Remaining balance due by 13 March 2025 (minus the $49 application fee).
Option 2: 3 Instalments
- Application Fee: $49 (+ booking fee) when you apply (refunded if unsuccessful).
- First Instalment: 50% of the total cost (+ booking fee) due by 13 March 2025 (minus the $49 application fee).
- Second Instalment: Remaining 50% (+ booking fee) due by 16 October 2025.
